Overview
This structure is one of Studio NYL’s favorite examples of how great design can defeat a low budget. By maximizing the inherent properties of the structural systems used and using cantilevers to reduce structural weight, the design team was able to create this K-8 school under $100 per square foot. This is significantly less than similar schools of this scale.
