Overview
Studio NYL provided facade design services for this high-efficiency envelope. The most notable element in the design is the multistory double skin facade. Both the interior lites and exterior lites are supported by a single structure in the cavity of the double skin to permit a smooth finish on both the interior and exterior of the building.
