Overview
One Hundred is a 520,000 square foot residential tower completed in 2020. This tower soars over 380 feet overlooking scenic Forest Park and the iconic Gateway Arch.
The design was created with four-story tiers. The angled facade creates outdoor spaces at the top of each tier, offering some residences private terraces, plus shared outdoor spaces such as a green roof. The team paid careful attention to maximizing building performance to save energy and increase occupant comfort.
